Caledonia Care and Rehab Home Delivered Meals provide a hot, nutritious meal five days a week to people confined in their homes or unable to prepare meals for themselves within the city of Caledonia.

This service often shortens hospitalizations and in many cases, allows the recipients to remain in the comfort of their own homes longer.  Our meals are delivered conveniently to your door by kind and caring volunteers!
